All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and files have been delivered.

Exceptions: If you did not receive your download link, were unable to access your files after purchase, or received a corrupted or incomplete file, please contact us at CHDARDEN23@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your order and resolve the issue promptly by resending your files or providing an alternative delivery method.

We do not issue refunds based on change of mind, lack of use, or dissatisfaction with content after files have been successfully delivered and accessed.
